I personally don't think that you need to be a women to make an educated response on this issue. However, I think it takes a women to fully understand what it's like to attempt to live up to the image of society's view of women. Like I have previously stated, I do not think that means a women has to cover up her body and be afraid to embrace her beauty. If you want to wear something scandalous DO IT GIRL! However, I think that we do need to be careful of our reasoning for this. Is it because this makes us feel beautiful? Do we actually feel beautiful? Or do we feel beautiful because we know that we just grabbed every mans attention with our body exposed? We as women need to understand that we are incredibly powerful. Don't doubt your power. Don't back down from sharing your opinions and thoughts. You can become the boss of that larger corporation, or even do a "mans job". We all have the potential to do this. I think a change needs to happen first...... But how do we change society's perception of us? The objectification of women in the media has been going on since before the 19th century. This is where we all must take a stand together. Speak up when you see it happen. Spread the word to everyone. We don't deserve to be viewed this way. Remember we are more than our bodies!
